From a loss in elastin, collagen, and estrogen to the structural changes resulting from childbirth to additional factors, such as weight fluctuations and menopause, their bodies suffer from a host of vaginal health concerns.

At Taylor Plastic Surgery Center, we believe in helping women combat these issues through an effective procedure known as Votiva. This treatment offers a safe, gentle, and non-invasive treatment for labia and vaginal tightening and rejuvenation.

How Does Votiva Work?

Votiva uses FormaV™ and FractoraV™ technologies to target the unique tissues in and around the vaginal area. It relies on tightening through collagen remodeling to address common concerns like wrinkling and stretched out tissues of the labia and vulva, as well as weakened vaginal muscles.

This extremely versatile treatment addresses a variety of conditions and is valuable for women of all ages. Dr. Taylor and Nurse Sue will meet with you during your consultation to review your medical history, discuss your specific concerns, and recommend a custom treatment plan that works for you.

FormaV™

FormaV™ is a non-invasive procedure that uses radio-frequency (RF™) energy to remodel and tighten the internal and external vaginal tissues. It provides uniform deep heating for tissue remodeling of the vagina and labia, resulting in internal vaginal tightening, external labia tightening, increased elasticity, blood flow, sensitivity, and vaginal moisture.

FractoraV™

FractoraV™ emits more aggressive RF™ technology to stimulate collagen and address the external vaginal tissue and skin. The technique is quite effective in reinforcing the vaginal skin structure while providing natural-looking tightening results.

What Can I Expect During My Treatment?

Votiva is performed in our fully accredited, relaxing office environment with only the need for a topical numbing cream. Votiva is expected to take between 20 and 30 minutes to complete. This painless procedure usually requires two to three sessions that are spaced a few weeks apart.

Will I Require an Extended Recovery Period?

Votiva has little to no downtime, so you can have it done and resume your regular daily routine. This, however, will depend on the intensity of the procedure.

When it comes to results, some patients will notice immediate positive outcomes while others will see continued improvements over time, with multiple treatments.
