Meet Dr. Thomas S. Taylor

 

Dr. Thomas S. Taylor is a highly-trained cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a passion for his craft. The life-changing results Dr. Taylor provides for his patients are both remarkable and recognizable in the media, as well as throughout the community and country.

 

Born and raised in Marblehead, Massachusetts, Dr. Taylor attended the prestigious Dartmouth College, an Ivy League institution in Hanover, NH, where he received a degree in biochemistry. He obtained his medical degree from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, another Ivy League institution which is recognized for its core mission of educating and training future generations of health care professionals.

 

Following this, Dr. Taylor moved to the West Coast where he completed a rigorous internship and residency in general surgery at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. He received board certification by the American Board of Surgery. He then went on to complete an accredited fellowship in plastic & reconstructive surgery, and hand surgery at the University of Southern California also in Los Angeles, CA. It is recognized nationally as one of a very small number of premier academic teaching institutions. Dr. Taylor then received board certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS).

 

After completing his training at USC, he opened his private practice in Pasadena, CA in 1996. Dr. Taylor is able to offer a complete range of plastic surgical care including cosmetic procedures, reconstructive surgery, and hand surgery. His plastic surgical interests, training, and over a decade of experience have enabled him to develop a personalized practice conveniently located in the heart of Pasadena. Dr. Taylor’s office has an atmosphere where patients can feel comfortable and at ease during their initial consultation and throughout their recovery period.
